Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for Mind Your Buyer, operated by Bitami d.o.o.. It applies alongside our Terms of Service. If you have any question about a charge, email hello@mindyourbuyer.com and we will help.

1. What you are buying

Mind Your Buyer sells digital products and usage credits that are consumed to run analyses. Credits are delivered to your account immediately after a successful payment and are used up as you run reports.

2. Automatic refunds for failed runs

If a run fails for a reason on our side — for example, the analysis could not complete because of a system error — the credits charged for that run are automatically returned to your balance. You do not need to request this. A run that completes and returns a report has been delivered, even if you disagree with the findings (see §1 of the Terms on the nature of the findings).

3. Consumer right of withdrawal (EU/EEA)

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. Because our credits and reports are digital content supplied immediately, by starting to use a purchase (for example, by running a report with purchased credits) you request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal for the portion consumed. Unused, unconsumed credits from a recent purchase can still be refunded on request within 14 days. [Confirm this consumption-based approach with counsel for your jurisdiction.]

4. Discretionary refunds

Beyond the cases above, we want you to feel the product was fair. If something went wrong with a recent purchase, contact us within [14] days and we will review it in good faith and, where appropriate, refund unused credits or the affected purchase. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment provider and may take a few business days to appear.

5. What is not refundable

• Credits that have already been consumed by completed runs.
• Free or promotional credits, which have no cash value.
• Purchases where the account has violated the Terms of Service (for example, submitting unauthorized sites or abusing the Service).

6. Cancellation

Mind Your Buyer is pay-as-you-go; there is no recurring subscription to cancel at this time. You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time by emailing hello@mindyourbuyer.com. [If a subscription is introduced later, add its cancellation and proration terms here.]

7. How to reach us

For any refund or cancellation request, email hello@mindyourbuyer.com from the address on your account and include the approximate date and amount of the charge. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
